Directions
For salad dressing, combine NAKANO® Seasoned Rice Vinegar, orange juice, olive oil, onion, mint and Ras el Hanout; set aside.
Line a serving platter or individual salad plates with lettuce leaves. Arrange orange slices and figs over lettuce. Sprinkle with dates and nuts. Drizzle with dressing.
