Vietnamese Pho Soba Noodle Bowl

Yield: 10 servings | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 star anise
  • 3 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ¼ cup NAKANO® Roasted Garlic Seasoned Rice Vinegar
  • 8 oz. soba noodles, cooked
  • 2 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut in 8 pieces
  • 1 red jalapeño, sliced

Directions

  1. Combine broth, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, NAKANO® Roasted Garlic Seasoned Rice Vinegar and bring to simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Add soba noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Add beef and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Divide between 6 bowls. Garnish with bean sprouts, mint, cilantro, scallions, lime and red jalapeño.
