Edamame Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen shelled edamame, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 2 cups kale, stems removed, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 bunch green onions, grilled, coarsely chopped
  • ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. NAKANO® Organic Natural Rice Vinegar
  • 3 tsp. sambal olek (chili garlic paste)
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame paste
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • 4 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 2 ½ tsp. kosher salt

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve with cut up veggies.
