Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad

Yield: 4 servings | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes

Directions

  1. Clean and shave Brussels sprouts.
  2. Toss with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Roast at 350ºF for 5 minutes, then stir.
  4. Coat with dressing and roast for 5 minutes.
  5. Cool and plate with peanuts, radish and chives. Top with 3 Tbsp. NAKANO® Organic Seasoned Rice Vinegar.
