Tomato and Watermelon Salad

1 small seedless watermelon, cubed

4 heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges

1 English cucumber, chopped

1 sweet onion, thinly sliced

2 jalapeño peppers, sliced

2 Tbsp olive oil

¼ cup Nakano® Organic Natural Rice Vinegar
Or Nakano® Natural Rice Vinegar

1 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp refrigerated ginger paste

¼ cup sliced fresh basil

¾ cup chopped salted cashews


  1. Arrange watermelon, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and peppers on a large platter.
  2. Whisk together oil, Nakano® Organic Natural Rice Vinegar, honey, ginger paste, and basil in a small bowl; drizzle over watermelon mixture. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Sprinkle with cashews.
