Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients

Teriyaki Chicken:

  • ¼ cup NAKANO® Natural Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger root, grated
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Filling:

  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • ½ cup celery, sliced thin
  • 1½ cups Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 18 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup canola oil, to sauté
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over salad greens or use as a vegetable dip.

Tips:

Keep hard-boiled eggs from cracking by adding 2 Tbsp of NAKANO® Rice Vinegar to your boiling water
